Facilities include offices, central control room and warehousing with quay access for marine vessels.

The project is Net Zero Carbon in construction by aligning with the UKGBC framework definition and is designed to operate to Net Zero Carbon standards, balancing energy demand of this fully electric development with on site renewable energy generation.
