A re-design of facades to raise the value and marketability

MLA+ was asked to raise the project I AM MOSCOW’s value and marketability through a re-design of the facades.
The facade strategy is pragmatic and spends the money where it matters most. The primary facade with a high level of detailing faces the strategic locations, where the project is visible from the city. The courtyard facade unifies the diverse massing with an elegant facade order. A simple secondary facade faces the surrounding outer buildings of the block.
