Alex is responsible for SEGRO’s North, South, East and Inner London portfolio, overseeing development, asset and estate management, as well as investment and new business development.

 

He joined SEGRO in 2022, initially in investment within the Thames Valley, and subsequently as Director of Inner London, SEGRO's ultra-urban, last-mile industrial & logistics portfolio.

 

Prior to joining SEGRO he worked across multiple UK property sectors, primarily in capital markets and development roles. He has held positions at Capital Real Estate Partners, Gerald Eve, H2SO and previously at Bechtel in infrastructure programme management.
