Join this evening talk spotlighting the latest updates in policies and guidance a year on from our NLA research report, ‘Can London deliver?'.

‘Can London deliver?’ explored the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industrial and logistics sector. From co-location to multi-level, the report presented alternative responses to pressing issues in the sector. A year on from its launch, this event will revisit the key issues in the report, exploring current practice and challenges going forward.

What are the next steps, strategies, and solutions to meet the industrial and logistics needs in London? What is required to build effective and lasting cross-sector partnerships to deliver industrial and logistics schemes?

Starting with an update from the GLA on the work being done to develop guidance and to tackle the shortage of industrial land across London, this event will bring together architect, developer and borough voices to respond and discuss key experiences, challenges and successes in the sector.

There are 4 steps to the main entrance, with a level access entrance via the Guildhall West Wing approximately 200 feet away.
