Andrew is skilled in working with sensitive and complex sites and passionate about building re-purposing and re-use. He has extensive experience and knowledge of retail and hospitality buildings and environments. Current projects include the transformation of the former House of Fraser store on Oxford Street into a mixed-use workplace, and the 5-star Cambridge House Hotel on Piccadilly, a complex site of several buildings, including Grade I and Grade II listed properties. Andrew has worked at Studio PDP since its formation as Paul Davis and Partners.
