Barbara Brownlee is the Managing Director of Westminster Builds, a property development company owned by, but independent of, Westminster City Council. WB was created to enable the council to retain control over the assets it produces and to maintain the quality and place making that the council’s £1bn development and regeneration programme has become known for. This is a programme secured by Barbara in her previous role as the City’s Executive Director of Growth, Planning and Housing. She is an NLA Expert Panel member for the Housing programme. #NLAHousing
