Brogan Watkins is a Sustainability Consultant at Hoare Lea, specialising in energy, carbon and circularity. Brogan’s experience as a design engineer and consultant on several low carbon residential developments has led to him becoming a member of the CIBSE Homes for the Future Group. He also represents Hoare Lea on the Building Performance Network Advisory Group where he’s presented on Energy Positive Homes.
