Jeff Endean leads the Housing Strategy and Programmes Team at Lewisham Council in commissioning development programmes to meet housing needs. This work has included enabling a range of innovative and award-winning approaches to construction and off-site manufacture, and to enabling community-led development, as part of Lewisham’s wider “New Homes, Better Places” programme. This programme is building the Council’s first new homes for a generation, and will have started 500 homes on small sites by the end of 2018.
