Kwamena is the Founding Director of +TwoThreeThree and oversees all projects. He is an award winning, Chartered Architect, Project Manager and Educator with an extensive career within the built environment.

He has a passion and expertise in developing creative proposals and pushing conventional design boundaries to create solutions that are fit for purpose and unique.

Kwamena is a keen advocate for change within the Design and Construction industry and is a leading voice in creating equitable spaces for all. He is a visiting lecturer in Architecture, is a member of NLA’s Diverse Leaders Steering Group and a DE&I advisor.
