Liza Fior is founding Partner of muf architecture/art and is a Professor of Architecture and Spatial Practice at UAL.
muf architecture/art are internationally acclaimed for their hyper-local approach to design. They work exclusively in the public realm - a definition that sometimes has to be
established given the ever more complex sources of funding for publicly accessible shared spaces. They work spaces public realm, streetscape, parks and open spaces, buildings masterplans temporary commissions and furniture. Other Hackney projects include their work on LB Hackney mixed tenure housing schemes including Kings Crescent with its much-written-about play street.
muf remain the only UK winner of the European Prize for Public Space.
