To celebrate the overall winner of the New London Awards 2024, join this breakfast talk and hear from the experts involved in the housing development, Tower Court in Hackney, praised for its strong brief and attention to the public realm.

This Hackney Council owned scheme provides 132 high-quality, modern mixed tenure homes for social rent, shared ownership and sale.

The project was deeply rooted in its community, managing to balance specificity with wider benefits. While the housing market struggles, this project offered a glimmer of hope for the future, demonstrating what’s possible when affordability, design quality and public engagement are prioritised.
