Roger Black is a business leader shaping strategy, design, communications and experience in real estate, transforming commodity into emotive consumer product.

As Creative Director for Ballymore he has been intimately involved in the conception and delivery of large, iconic mixed-use across London including Royal Wharf, Wardian, City Island and Goodluck Hope, Embassy Gardens, Brentford town centre, and others. He is currently working on a new generation of schemes including Bishopsgate Goodsyard, Ladbroke Grove, and Edgware town centre.

Roger co-founded the market making retirement housing developer, PegasusLife, and has also been a longstanding Trustee within the Coram family of children’s charities.
