At ING, Roxane leads strategic and creative communications campaigns for clients in architecture, construction, placemaking, real estate and property investment. Her client experience ranges from multinational brands to SMEs, and public bodies such as the City of London and from heritage and retrofit through to new builds, ranging from eco-hotels to skyscrapers.
In 2023 Roxane founded Elevate, ING’s pro bono accelerator for small firms in the build environment with leaders of diverse ethnic heritage.
Roxane began her career in London with five years at the Financial Times as a journalist before going on to write and edit at various built environment titles.
Working from Athens, Greece, Roxane has freelanced for national newspapers and construction, property and architecture titles including Building, Building Design, Construction Manager and Estates Gazette. She is a former global editor and features editor of UK`s Building magazine as well as launch editor of a magazine for small businesses.
More recent roles include being an advisory board member at the British government productivity accelerator initiative Be The Business and a Trustee Director of ING’s employee-owned trust.
Roxane leads ING’s pro bono advisory service to diversity and inclusion charity Blueprint for All (formerly the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust).
