Ruth is an Associate at RWDI and has over 15 years’ working in wind engineering and climate aware design.   Ruth works with architects, engineers and developers to create spaces which are appropriate for their climate and comfortable for people.  To quantify the success of a design Ruth is an experienced user of CFD, thermal and solar analysis tools as well as making use of RWDI’s boundary layer wind tunnels.  Ruth has a degree in Engineering Design from the University of Bristol, is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
