Tania is a methodical and highly efficient architect, with a passion and specialism for housing design. Prior to moving to the UK, she studied architecture and urbanism in Madrid and Vienna, and as such brings a European outlook and perspective. During hertime at Morris+Company, Tania has been integral to the practice’s work in the housing sector where she has led design, coordination and package delivery. Her experience includes specialist student living and co-living, alongside more traditional housing typologies. Key projects include: Byron Quarter, a collaboratively-designed scheme across two plots for Harrow Council; Camden Hub Hotel, a hotel and social housing scheme fronting Camden High Street; William Road, a 15-storey student housing scheme in Euston; and Sugar House Island, a mixed-tenure scheme in Stratford. Outside of her project work, Tania is also an active member of Morris+Company’s housing research group, helping to ensure the practice keeps up-to-date with the current and future needs of thehousing market and its’ residents needs.
