Damian Atkinson is the Head of Leisure and Culture for the London Borough of Redbridge leading on Leisure, Libraries, Culture and Parks, and managing the contract with Vision RCL who deliver these services on behalf of the Council. 

Damian had experience in a number of London local authorities prior to starting at Redbridge in 2020, managing community services and community engagement for Kensington and Chelsea, Waltham Forest, Newham and Lambeth Councils as well as working in the charity and private sectors in London where he particularly focused on work with young people in the community and in educational settings.
