Sharon has been leading the regeneration and economic development agenda for LB Redbridge since 2016; promoting employment, skills, adult learning and business & enterprise support alongside an ambitious regeneration and growth agenda.  She has led production of key regeneration strategies to support the regeneration of Ilford Metropolitan Town Centre, the borough’s Employment, Skills & Enterprise Strategy, and a co-designed masterplan for Fairlop Waters which will double the size of the borough’s Country Park.
