New London Architecture

London Borough of Camden

London Borough of Camden

Camden’s key priorities include planning for the significant impact of High Speed Two at Euston, the delivery of King’s Cross Central – a 67-acre mixed-use development by King’s Cross and St Pancras Stations – and the council’s own Community Investment Programme which is intended to deliver 2,750 new homes, including new council homes for rent, and invest £117 million in 58 schools and children’s centres.
Improvements to streets and spaces in Bloomsbury and Camden Town continue with plans to radically improve the West End at Tottenham Court Road, St Giles Circus, Euston Circus and Gower Street as part of the ‘West End Project’.
