A Max Fordham event, hosted by NLA.

Max Fordham brought together speakers to explore the crucial role of retrofitting in achieving net zero carbon buildings. Retrofitting existing buildings to make them more energy efficient is critical if the UK is to hit 2050 net-zero carbon targets, but should you always retrofit?

Is it possible to be more sustainable by starting from scratch? This panel discussion, hosted by NLA, explored this vital question with Andrew Leiper, Net Zero Carbon Leader at Max Fordham LLP, presenting a combination of thoughts and case studies with input from Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios.
