Alex is Head of Design at Meristem Design; an award winning Urban Greening consultancy with a mission of "turning the grey, green" ®.
Having started out as an industrial designer. His passion for the built environment and horticulture led to a change of path with an aim of improving quality of life in urban environments implementing green infrastructure.
He oversees all the designs for Meristems public realm projects including parklets and rain gardens across the UK and was awarded the 30 under 30 Pro Landscaper Award in 2021.
