NLA's NextGen initiative identifies and supports emerging talent from across the built environment, championing the development of a diverse cohort of future industry leaders. Recognising the vital role of young professionals in shaping London’s future, NextGen provides a platform for new voices to influence thinking on key industry issues.
NextGen offers a range of opportunities for early-career professionals, typically those 2-5 years into their careers or aged 25-35. The programme includes focused events, peer networking, mentoring sessions with industry experts, and PechaKucha presentations to spotlight new ideas and initiatives. Through these activities, NextGen helps young professionals expand networks, develop skills, and play a central role in shaping the future of London’s built environment.
