An experienced development director who has led the successful delivery of a variety of property and business enterprise initiatives in the public and private sector.

Currently focused on developing the University of Oxford Science and Innovation Campus as Director, and building the Oxford Innovation Ecosystem and OXiGEN, the OU Science Park Innovation Generator, a dual accelerator and incubation hub, with accelerated solutions lab – OX: ASH. He is senior responsible officer for the Oxford University 14.7 hectare Innovation District and science park expansion of over 2,000,000 sq ft to be delivered in the period 2022 – 2040.

A professionally qualified consultant, architect, project manager and business leader, his strategic and management delivery expertise has contributed to strategic leadership roles in a number of areas of business. He has delivered successful projects in a number of market sectors including science and technology; innovation; healthcare (acute, primary and private); academic and research (bio-medical and life sciences); hospitality (hotels, restaurants & leisure); educational; residential; mixed-use and strategic master-planning. He worked across the UK and internationally, including the Middle East.
