Andrea Bazzaro graduated with degrees in business and cultural studies, the perfect combination to work with leading Italian furniture company, Moroso. Having started as an intern at the company HQ in Udine, Northern Italy, Andrea has built on his unique experience and is currently EVP based in London’s Clerkenwell.

 

In that time Andrea has been pivotal in the growth of Moroso in the UK, firstly establishing the London showroom, then setting up the marketing division at the company HQ and now he is taking the business into the future with a new global vision for this seventy year old brand. Andrea’s ability to match creativity with commerce continues to keep this highly respected Italian company at the forefront of global furniture specification. All this experience has allowed him to absorb the Moroso DNA and its many shared values including diversity and sustainability, whilst respecting the company philosophy of embracing new ideas.

 

Multi-lingual Andrea is able to identify with designers and architects who are at the heart of the business too, effectively communicating and embracing the broad scope of the interiors landscape from commercial and hospitality to retail.  Every project, no matter the scale, is treated with the same high regard and understanding.

 

Andrea has lived in Prague, Saint Petersburg, Nancy, Bologna and Moscow (before settling in London with his family). In his youth he also had a number of difference work-experiences, including working as a fisherman in the Adriatic Sea to support an extended travel trip in the US.
