Andrew has over 20 years’ experience with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). In this time, Andrew has worked on the frontline to improve health and safety standards in agriculture, public services, manufacturing, waste and recycling and construction.

 

Andrew has initiated several campaigns to promote health and safety and has led many high-profile prosecutions following health and safety failures. 

Andrew has act as an HSE intelligent customer for research and taken the UK lead on chemical policy including the REACH and CLP regulations.

 

Most recently, Andrew is the industry competence lead within the HSE Building Safety Regulator team.
