Anjna (Anj) is a Development Manager within TfL’s property arm, TTL Properties, and is focused on delivering residential schemes against the backdrop of urbanism and creating value at the same time. Her love for home, design and spaces derived from a Part 1 in Architecture, in which time she was awarded Women In Property’s Student Winner. A Masters in Real Estate created an understanding of how design creates many types of value and underpins the environment. Anj was selected as a UK Green Building Council Future Leader in 2021 and embarked on a journey of spreading awareness of Climate Change and Sustainability.

She has helped influence TfL’s Sustainable Development Framework to encourage world leading practice. Anj is a keen activist for equality and diversity and helped create SPACE, a safe space and forum for Black and Asian colleagues to unite. This forum has become a proactive force within TTLP. One of Anj’s career loves is considering the emotional, personal and physical connections to space. She believes Architecture and Urban Design needs to be rooted in the individual’s personal experience as a collective space.
