Areta joined Howells’ London office in 2015 as an Architect, bringing with her over 11 years of professional experience and a rich catalogue of projects from across Europe. She was made a Director in 2022. She has managed the delivery of the Catford Green residential project in South London which is a 179-apartment development completed in 2017. Another key project that Areta has worked on is Brent Cross Town Plot 25, a new student accommodation development providing 662 student studios in a mix of different sizes along with amenity spaces over ground and mezzanine levels. Areta speaks four languages (Romanian, English, Italian, and French).
