Caroline is the Director of Inclusive  in Islington Council and has been with the council for over 5 years.  She leads its pioneering economic development programme – working across a wide range of inclusive economy initiatives, including employment brokerage, affordable workspace delivery, social value leverage, adult skills and building inclusive practice in growth sectors.  Prior to Islington, Caroline worked in Belfast City Council for over 15 years, where she led on major regeneration, conflict transformation and business improvement programmes, brokering complex political and community deals, resulting in £150m+ investment in local neighbourhoods.
