Catherine is a National Director at JLL with over thirteen years' experience delivering and advising on residential development projects. 

Within the Residential Land and Development business at JLL, Catherine's focus is on public private partnerships and the delivery of regeneration projects. She advises local authority and public sector clients on the delivery of strategic land opportunities and the structures that can best engage the skillsets and expertise of the private sector. Catherine has a particular interest in the role of the public sector in effective place creation. Prior to joining JLL in 2010 Catherine worked in residential development in both the public and private sectors.
