Charles has experience across the retail, residential and commercial sectors, with a proven track record in delivering new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Since joining G&T in 2018, he has represented a diverse range of clients including owner-occupiers, developers and tenants.

 

Charles led the commercial delivery of 1 Broadgate, a landmark mixed-use development in the City of London comprising high-specification office, retail and public realm space. His leadership on this complex scheme demonstrates his ability to manage large-scale, technically challenging projects while maintaining close collaboration with all members of the project team.
