Charlotte Hill OBE became CEO of The Felix Project in January 2022. Previously, she was Chief Executive of Step Up To Serve, coordinating the national #iwill youth social action campaign from 2014 to 2020, and before that led UK Youth between 2010 and 2014. 

 

Charlotte began her career in Parliament, working for Harriet Harman MP, before becoming Parliamentary Advisor at the NSPCC. She has also worked internationally in Australia and Cambodia. An RSA Fellow, Charlotte sits on the boards of Westminster House Youth Club and the YOTI Foundation. She was awarded an OBE in 2019 for services to young people and received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Birmingham in 2024.
