Charlotte McManus MRTPI is a Senior Associate in the Newmark Planning and Development team where she has worked since 2013.

 

Charlotte has provided planning advice for a wide range of mixed use, commercial, cultural and residential led development proposals in central and outer London Boroughs. Recent notable projects include Thirty High which comprised the refurbishment of a 1960s 30 storey tower in Victoria for Land Sec; the Acre at 90 Long Acre for Northwood Investors which sought to reposition and upgrade an existing brutalist building; and the extension of the West One Shopping Centre on Oxford Street for Norges and British Land.
