Christy Vanek leads Global Disability Inclusion & Accessibility for Otis Worldwide Co, the global leader in the manufacture, installation and servicing of elevators and escalators. In this role, she works to increase access for people to connect and thrive in the workplace and in a taller, faster, smarter world. Christy is an alumna of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and lives in Chicago. She is partially blind and brings this lifetime of disability experience to bear alongside her professional expertise.
