Dan runs the Knight Frank City Leasing Team with 17 years’ experience. 

He specialises in providing development and leasing advice in an area incorporating Midtown, the City and Canary Wharf. Dan is currently advising on a number of leasing projects including The Shard which he leads on behalf of REM/Sellar Property, The Steward Building on behalf of TH Real Estate and 30 Gresham Street on behalf of DAWM.  On-going development projects include 60 London Wall, EC2, on behalf of La Salle and 119 Farringdon Road, EC1, on behalf of Viridis. Key clients include Land Securities, Blackstone, British Land, Hines and Helical Bar.
