Dicle is the managing director of HGG London, a property development company dedicated to creating sustainable, design-led spaces for living, working and gathering. Collaborating with leading architects, engineers, contractors, brands and artists, she ensures that every HGG London project reflects a commitment to mindful development, high-quality design and long-lasting positive environmental and social impact. For more than a decade, Dicle has been an active patron of art organisations and a committed supporter of emerging artists. She is co-Founder of Forefront, an Initiative that brings together the art world and built environment through collaborative programming and creative, interdisciplinary exchange. Dicle has previously been a jury member of RIBA Regional, AJ Small Projects and the Architect of the Year Awards and she is a member of the NLA Sounding Board.
