Eleni Stathi is an Associate Partner at HTA, where she leads the design and day-to-day delivery of complex projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and Local Authorities to coordinate and drive the design process.

 

With a strong track record in regeneration and masterplanning, Eleni brings a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary projects, balancing the needs of stakeholders across the public and private sectors. She has developed particular expertise in community engagement, with a focus on how meaningful consultation can shape inclusive, sustainable places.

 

Eleni is passionate about design quality, creativity, and the role of architecture in improving everyday life. She is known for her strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to work creatively under pressure.
