He has delivered complex masterplans, research campuses, and innovation‑led developments across the UK, including projects in London, Cambridge, and Oxford. Key projects include Site One (Project Ghiberti) at Granta Park for Biomed Realty and Trinity, a cutting‑edge life sciences building in Oxford for Breakthrough.
Earlier in his career, Elias led major schemes such as the 1.35 million sq ft masterplan for Imperial College’s White City North Campus, alongside the Molecular Sciences Research Hub, student housing, and key worker residential projects. His portfolio spans leading science and innovation locations including Cambridge Science Park, St John’s Innovation Park, and Cambourne Business Park, with notable projects such as the Bradfield Centre. Internationally, he has contributed to award‑winning projects across Europe, the USA, Brazil, India, and the Middle East.
