Ella first joined AHMM as an architectural assistant, working across a range of commercial and retrofit design projects, before joining the Building Performance Team in 2021. She now focuses on the sustainability and lifecycle carbon aspects of architectural projects, supporting teams through a range of iterative design analysis techniques. Ella is an advocate for collective learning and communication, and as such organises knowledge sharing workshops within AHMM. She has also developed presentation techniques to help convey complex data sets, helping with the integration of environmental design principles across work stages. Most recently Ella has co-authored the report Fit Out // Rip Out, looking into the wasteful cycles of Cat A fit outs and proving data on the carbon impacts of these cycles.
