Emma is a Director of AtkinsRéalis and UK Lead for Regeneration, with multiple sector experience including residential and regeneration projects.  She has management extensive experience of the early stages of development including feasibility, planning and project briefing and is adept at helping clients to develop their vision whilst maintaining a clear focus on viability and affordability .

Emma has excellent knowledge of the Town Planning framework (across the UK and London Boroughs) and how this impacts both development and delivery.  Emma serviced on the LLDC Planning Committee as an independent member for a number of years and is a founding member of an international organisation, helping mentor future industry leaders in property world.
