Emma has 13 years of planning and development experience and joined the Mount Anvil team in August 2015. She is responsible for sourcing, appraising and negotiating major land deals, whilst developing relationships with stakeholders.

Prior to Mount Anvil, Emma worked for St. James Group as Development Director, negotiating the planning and optimising the design of St. James schemes on Albert Embankment (Merano, Corniche and 22-29 Albert Embankment). She also spent six years at Ballymore, securing planning for sites such as Royal Docks in East London (3,500 units) and other developments located in Central London.
