Frederick is an Associate at Maccreanor Lavington. He has led several notable projects, including the delivery of the affordable housing scheme at York Way, sensitively integrating four new buildings into an existing estate.

Other key projects include the Brentford Project, a masterplan co-authored with AHMM; the Liddell Road Redevelopment for LB Camden’s Community Investment Programme; and Brent Cross for Related Argent, delivering 292 homes and completed in 2024.
