Georgia Lalakou is Moroso's Country Manager for UK and Ireland, leading the company’s commercial development and presence across both markets. With extensive experience across FF&E, specification and business development, she has worked closely with architects, interior designers, dealers and commercial clients in the UK and internationally. Her career has focused on building partnerships, developing new markets and connecting design-led products with the needs of complex workplace, hospitality and residential projects. Alongside her commercial role, Georgia has a strong interest in leadership development and coaching, particularly in creating high-performing teams, supporting individual growth and developing more human and effective approaches to leadership.
