Iain has significant experience of complex heritage and new build projects in the residential and workplace sectors, and the successful management of multi-disciplinary design teams that this type of development brings. He has a keen interest in sustainable, low carbon design, in particular when retrofitting existing building stock, and enjoys pushing the technical boundaries of design for the envelope of buildings. As a result, he provides technical mentoring across PDP London and is part of the practice’s technical and green forums.
