Jason Horner
Jason Horner leads the Infrastructure & Environment Group at Hilson Moran - an interdisciplinary team of Environmental Engineers, Scientists and Infrastructure Planners. 

He is an Infrastructure Planner and Environmental Engineer with a wealth of experience in the planning, design and procurement of water, energy and utilities infrastructure in support major urban regeneration, town centre regeneration and new towns. 

This includes the electrification of heat and transport; and the viability of heat networks, smart grids, and water re-use with the aim of net positive placemaking. He has worked on many of the UK’s biggest regeneration projects and has supported local, regional and even national economic and spatial growth strategies. 

Jason is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Energy Engineer and Member of the Energy Institute. He joined Hilson Moran in 2014 having previously developed Thames Water’s multi-utility business and utilities and energy businesses at other consultancy practises. Jason is currently working on projects including Barking Riverside, Silvertown Quays, Meridian Water and Ebbsfleet Garden City.
