Jessica Potter
 An Urban Design lead at Southwark Council, working on strategic masterplanning, policies and development management applications including; the delivery of 20,000 new homes and net 10,000 additional jobs in the Old Kent Road area. As well as working at a local borough level, Jessica has also worked at the GLA in the Urban Design Team leading on strategic projects and providing design guidance on referrable applications across Greater London. Her role involves aiding the delivery and implementation of tall buildings, public realm, and amenities. As well as assessing design details to ensure the delivery of high-quality homes and commercial floorspace.
