Jonathan is an Associate Director with 15 years’ experience as a structural engineer working in Manchester and London. He’s played a major role in the redevelopment of several prominent listed buildings and is particularly energised when working in a conservation environment.

He enjoys working alongside architects and specialists to record, analyse and restore structural building fabric, following a fully considered approach to structural interventions.

Drawing on a broad skillset, Jonathan drives the optimisation of existing building structures through detailed research and discrete investigations, often managed around people-occupied spaces. These projects regularly incorporate new basement construction, significant added massing and structural re-coring.
