Kemi is an award winning residential Chartered Surveyor and Associate Director. She is the Building Safety Lead at Inside the Box, an asset management advisory business. She is a Subject Matter Expert for Homes England, a Non Executive Director on Notting Hill Genesis' Operations Committee and a member of the British Property Federation's Building Safety Sounding Board.
