Keiran is a real estate CEO with 25 years of international leadership experience across the Middle East, Hong Kong, Mainland China and the USA, spanning investment, development, masterplanning and operations. He is currently advising on a Saudi giga-project with a focus on destination-scale development and long-term value creation. 

As CEO of Swire Properties USA, he held full P&L accountability for a $2 billion mixed-use platform spanning branded residential, hospitality, retail and Grade A office assets, leading a 750-person team across development and operations. His wider experience includes a $2.3 billion Mandarin Oriental Residences scheme, a $1.2 billion joint venture with Related Companies, and major value realisation and disposal programmes. Across Hong Kong, Beijing and Miami, he has led district-scale placemaking strategies, mixed-use development, retail repositioning, branded residential schemes and complex joint ventures.
