Kosh is the Development Lead of the GLA’s Infrastructure Coordination Service; working with London Boroughs to enable good growth, reduce disruption and help relieve the pressure on development viability through better infrastructure design.  

He was previously an Associate at Hawkins\Brown Architects where he led large-scale multi-disciplinary infrastructure, public realm and residential projects such as Clapham Junction Futures, Tottenham Court Road over-station development and the central section of Thames Tideway Tunnel.
