Krystin Schwendel Smith joined Buckley Gray Yeoman in 2018 where she is now an Associate Director. With her extensive experience in large mixed-use schemes and expertise in sustainable retrofit, she leads many of our major schemes. She is also responsible for key Westminster projects. She is a graduate of the Mackintosh School of Architecture at the Glasgow School of Art, the Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany and the ETH Zurich/Switzerland.
Buckley Gray Yeoman has strong working relationships within Westminster , with breadth and depth of experience working on both new build and refurbishment residential, workplace, retail and hospitality across the borough with recent high public integrated projects such as Eccleston Yards for Grosvenor, Yalding House for British Land, Thirty High for Landsec and also Shaftesbury Avenue, Park Lane Mews and Central Cross in China Town. Krystin is currently leading teams on Park Lane Mews, 1 Dean Street, 46 Marshall Street alongside others outside Westminster.
