Kuljeet Sibia is the founding Director of Diverse Dialogues, a consultancy working across design, planning, and development to advance equity, design quality, and social sustainability in cities. An architect, educator, and strategic advisor, she collaborates with public and private sector partners to embed inclusive engagement and co-creation into complex urban projects. Her work on gender-informed design, youth participation, and embedding design quality translates research into real-world interventions that influence regeneration practice and policy. Alongside practice, Kuljeet leads an undergraduate architecture studio at Central Saint Martins, exploring social and climate justice in the built environment.
